The gated house cantilevers over a two-vehicle carport, and provides three bedrooms and three baths throughout roughly 2,200 sq. toes, with views afforded by the copious glass. Additionally inside is a sauna, whereas the outside features a spacious deck and angled pool overlooking the San Fernando Valley.
