The unique Sushi Park in Los Angeles is a star magnet, regardless of being positioned on the second ground of an unassuming strip mall on Sundown Boulevard. Its first everlasting location exterior of LA, Sushi Park Paris, is positioned within the basement of Saint Laurent’s Rive Droite boutique in Paris. That is the second collaboration between the French style home and chef Peter Park, following a short residency in 2022; YSL artistic director Anthony Vaccarello was a daily on the LA authentic. In Paris, very similar to Los Angeles, the main target will likely be on contemporary, seasonal elements, offered omakase-style on customized ceramics by “Professor” Daeyong Kim. Open Tuesday by way of Saturday, Sushi Park Paris is now accepting reservations.
