Swiss watchmaker Fortis introduced the launch of the Novonaut N-42 , a sporty chronograph constructed on the legacy of the B-42 Official Cosmonauts.
Powered by the space-tested self-winding Fortis Caliber 17 and boasting an influence reserve of 60 hours, this column-wheel chronograph is available in a 42 mm stainless-steel case outfitted with a bidirectional rotating bezel manufactured from ceramic and that includes Tremendous-LumiNova inserts.
Its dial encompasses a 6-9-12 format with operating seconds at 9 o’clock, visually balanced by day of the week and date indications at 3 o’clock. Mixed with luminous hour and minute fingers, the utilized Lumicast numerals guarantee optimum legibility even in low-light situations.

Restricted to simply 100 items worldwide, the Novonaut First Version (ref.
